Dainkund Peak
Location: Around 12 km away from Dalhousie

Dainkund is the highest peak of Dalhousie which gives a 360-degree view of the all the surrounding hills. It is the most beautiful place in Dalhousie and famous for adventure activities. Deodar trees, cool breeze, flowers and a clam green valley give amazing experience to visitors. Divine Pholani Devi Temple is also a main attraction of Dainkund.
Chamera Lake
Location: 15 km from Dalhousie

It’s a Man-made lake surrounded by hills, alluring valleys and lots of greenery. It is a water reserve for Chamera dam, a hydroelectricity plant that has been built on the river Ravi. Tourists can enjoy boating and fishing along with the scenic view.
Ganji Phari
Location: Around 5 Km away from the Dalhousie city

As the name suggest Ganji Phari is a bald hill since there is a bald patch or a tree less area on the top of the hill. It is a great place to take a walk and enjoy the serene beauty of the hills and greenery. It is a very interesting and unique place situated in the Bakrota hills. In winters, snow covers this area and it becomes an amazing place to have fun and play around. Tourists visit this place for picnic and trekking and enjoying the alluring view of the surroundings.
St. John's Church

It is very famous church and with a rich historic past. St John’s church is the oldest building of Dalhousie built during the British era with wood and bricks. Garam Sadak
Location: Center of Dalhousie
This is one of the criss-cross roads that joins two main chowks- Gandhi and Subhash chowk. There are trees on both sides of the road making it very pleasant. Receiving direct sunshine, the atmosphere here is very warm and snug. The tourists enjoy a nice walk in the lap of nature on this road in cozy and captivating surroundings.
